The explosion wall shall be able to withstand the impact pressure of 3MPa. Explosion-proof walls or other barrier facilities shall be installed between devices with explosive hazards and those without, as well as around devices with greater hazards.

Feature

Structural reinforcement: The horizontal reinforcement of 3 φ6-10 pass lengths is configured every 500mm along the height of the wall. The two ends of the horizontal reinforcement should be tied or welded with the buried reinforcement of the reinforced concrete frame or bracket column. When the length and height of the brick wall are greater than 6m, reinforced concrete intermediate columns and beams should be set up, and reinforced according to the structure. The strength grade of concrete shall not be lower than C15, and its end shall be connected with the roof beam, frame and bracket column; The thickness of reinforced concrete explosion-proof wall shall not be less than 180mm, and the strength grade of concrete shall not be less than C20. The section area of reinforcement shall be determined by structural calculation; No holes should be left in the explosion wall. When the process pipeline, cable, etc. must be passed through, the hole should not be greater than Φ200mm, the hole perimeter should be configured with reinforcement reinforcement, the hole should be filled with dense.
