1, explosion-proof wall should be made of non-combustible materials, and should not be used as a load-bearing wall, its fire resistance limit should not be less than 4h.
2, explosion-proof wall can be used with reinforced brick wall. When the adjacent room production personnel or equipment is more valuable, it is appropriate to use cast-in-place reinforced concrete walls.
3, reinforced brick wall thickness should be determined by structural calculation, but should not be less than 240mm, brick strength should not be less than MU7.5, mortar strength should not be less than M 5

Feature

The explosion-proof wall is a solid wall that can maintain the protection performance required by the design when either side of the wall is subjected to the action of explosion shock wave and reaches the design pressure. The usual practices of explosion wall are: reinforced concrete wall, brick wall reinforcement and sand steel board. The design of explosion-proof wall should be based on the explosion overpressure value, pressure relief area and probability of explosion that may occur in the production site, combined with other explosion-proof measures taken in the process and construction and construction costs.
